We present the Ulysses Unified Radio and Plasma Wave (URAP) observations of ion-acoustic-like waves and Langmuir waves associated with some of the magnetic clouds and other interplanetary coronal mass ejections (ICMEs). We show that the peak intensities of ion-acoustic-like waves, which usually occur inside the CME's when Te/T_i >> 1 are not sensitive to either the heliocentric distance (R), or the electron to ion temperature ratios inside the CME's. We also analyze the magnetic cloud associated Langmuir waves and compare them with those associated with interplanetary shocks, type III burst source regions, and magnetic holes. We will discuss the probable excitation mechanisms of both ion-acoustic-like waves and Langmuir waves inside the the magnetic clouds.
