It is shown that unstable A-particles evaporated by black holes and decaying in black hole gravitational fields may lead to an excess of baryons over antibaryons in the universe. This effect is due to the violation of C- and CP-parity in the decay of an A-particle into a heavy baryon and a light antibaryon or a charge-conjugated mode and also to the different probabilities of the inverse capture of heavy and light particles by the black hole. This mechanism does not require the violation of the conservation of baryon charge.
