New observations of several radio galaxies at very short wavelengths have been carried out with the RATAN-600 radio telescope at resolutions as sharp as 8 arcsec, using a 1.38-cm wavelength radiometer. One-dimensional radio brightness distributions are derived for Cyg A (3C 405) and Cen A, as well as instantaneous spectra for the nuclear components of 3C 111, Cyg A, and Cen A. The spectra of the 3C 111 and Cen A nuclear components show appreciable variations on time scales of approximately 3 yr. The flux of the Cyg A nuclear component at wavelengths greater than 3.9 cm has been declining for the past 5 yr. The brightness distribution in the principal components of all three sources is independent of wavelength, contrary to models of extragalactic radio sources which presuppose radiative losses by relativistic electrons traveling from 'hot spots' to 'tail' structures.
