Singularities in Tomimatsu-Sato space-time vacuum solutions of the Einstein equations with a distortion parameter (delta) equal to 3 are investigated. For the case in which the specific angular momentum is greater than the mass of the source, in which no event horizon is present, zeros of the polynomial giving the locations of the singularities are found corresponding to six ring singularities outside the equatorial plane and three in the equatorial plane. For the case when the specific angular momentum is less than the mass of the source, no ring singularities are obtained outside the equatorial plane and three are found within it.
