The atmosphere model method is used to determine the abundances of chemical elements and physical conditions in the atmospheres of two giant stars of the open cluster Praesepe. The spectra of the stars were obtained with a 6-m telescope with a dispersion of 14 A/mm. The abundances of chemical elements in the K-giants' atmospheres are close to those of the sun.
