The 2D version of the problem of the flow formation at the inner Lagrangian point is investigated using the example of the close binary system XZ Cephei. The system of nonstationary equations of hydrodynamics in the Euler form, the integration of which is made with the 'coarse particles' method of Belotserkovskiy and Davydov (1982), is used. The flow sizes and velocity in the first libration point are found to depend essentially on the degree of Roche lobe filling by the companion. The determination of the flow sizes in the plane perpendicular to the orbital one indicates that the flow in the vicinity of the inner Lagrangian point has an axial symmetry. The symmetry axis coincides with the line connecting the components' centers.
