The beta Cephei star GSC 06272-01557 is the only of its class discovered by the MOST satellite so far. Analyses of a 30 days long data set have already revealed 9 frequencies. Recent measurements of the Strömgren indices attribute a Teff around 24500 K and a log g of 3.9, which places the star in the middle of the β Cephei instability strip. Recently observed multicolor photometric ground based data will enable us to identify the modes of pulsation.
