In this paper, The basic parameters of altazimuth telescope static pointing model is discussed, as well as a stable telescope correction model with a few parameters is discussed. Comparing with the Spherical Harmonics Model, Basic Parameters Model is not sensitive to distribution of observation data, its coefficients vary indistinctly with the distribution of observation data and its correction precision is much higher. Its fitting residual sequence submits to normal distribution. So BPM can satisfy the need of high precision orbit determination.
