We present observations of NGC4151 using XMM-Newton, with results in the following areas: (i) complex iron-line emission, interpreted in terms of the accretion disk and strong gravitational effects near the central black hole (ii) a low-energy X-ray spectrum containing a strong oxygen line (iii) the ultraviolet image obtained using the XMM Optical Monitor. Variability of the X-ray spectrum and line emission has been studied during the 70Ks observation.
