The magnetic field, microturbulence, and iron abundance in the atmospheres of Omicron Peg and Phi Her have been estimated using model atmospheres and minimization of the scatter in iron abundances derived from various lines. The mean chaotic surface magnetic field H in Omicron Peg is approximately 2000 G, and the microturbulence is close to 1.75 km/s. The atmospheric iron abundance closely matches the solar value. The corresponding parameters for Phi Herare are H equal to or less than 50 G, vt = 0.1 km/s, and logN(Fe) = 7.654 +/- 0.026. There are no differences in the abundances inferred from Fe I and Fe II lines.
