Results of studies of the total flux variability of the H2O maser source G43.8-0.1, which is associated with a star-forming region, are presented. The observations were made at the 1.35 cm line during 1981-1994 on the RT-22 radio telescope of the Radio Astronomy Station of the Lebedev Institute of Physics in Pushchino. Outburst and long-periodic variability of the maser emission was detected. Six stages of evolution of the maser associated with condensation at a radial velocity of 42.2 km/s are distinguished. A possible origin of the observed phenomena is discussed.
