A 970 ks exposure to the region of the Hubble Deep Field-North has identified over 350 X-ray sources. The spectral properties of the brightest one half of the sources will be presented. The Log N -Log S curves for the 0.5 - 2.0 and 2.0 - 10.0 keV data will also be displayed. The redshift distribution of over one hundred of the sources should be available as well. This work is supported by NASA Contract NAS 8-38252. WNB received support from the Sloan Foundation and a NSF CAREER award AST-9983783.
