Many observers tried to capture the beautiful conjunction of Venus and
Jupiter in the evening sky on 1999 February 23, but most in the UK were
foiled by cloud. However Jean Dragesco had more success at St
Clement-de-Rivière in France. Photograph at 17.45 UT, Zoom Nikkor
lens at 60mm, f/4.5. Fujicolor Superia 200 ISO film, 1 sec.
