We present a catalog of Chandra observations of extended X-ray emssion from the bright HII regions in M33. NGC 604 and IC 131 are well detected with obvious diffuse emission; NGC 604 is very soft while the emission from IC 131 peaks near 1 keV. Several other regions whose H-alpha luminosity is comparable to or larger than IC 131 (e.g. IC 142) are weakly detected at much lower flux levels while we set upper limits to others (e.g. NGC 595).
