Preliminary results of three ongoing research programs at the Pisgah Astronomical Research Institute (PARI) will be presented. These programs are a pulsar-timing project, a survey of the galactic plane for binary M-dwarf systems, and a study of Jupiter-Io emission at 22 MHz. Pulsar profiles and timing information (period, spin-down rate and dispersion) will be presented from 26-m telescope observations of the brightest, least dispersed Northern pulsars at 408 and 1420 MHz. The second research program at PARI is an optical sky survey to detect low-mass detached eclipsing binaries from which masses and radii can be determined. PARI optical site sky brightness and limiting magnitudes derived from the survey data will be presented. Data from a daily decameter wavelength (17 - 30 MHz) study of Jupiter-Io and Solar radio emissions will be presented. We are currently searching for frequency-dependent radio emission as the moon Io passes through Jupiter's magnetic field. High Solar flare activity also provides opportunities for data recording and analysis using the same equipment. The Pisgah Astronomical Research Institute (PARI) is a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to providing educational and research access to radio and optical astronomers.
