Scientific paper
LAGEOS and lunar laser ranging observations are combined to eliminate
the shortcomings inherent in each technique, while accentuating the
advantages of each. All three components of the Earth's rotation are
produced with accuracy and precision which is compatible with
observational uncertainties.
