A recent analysis of a sample of 61 paired QSO's from the Hewitt-Burbidge catalog reveals that a minimum of 18 belong to distant pairs of clusters of galaxies. First, the similarity of the N(M/eff/) distribution for QSO pairs to that for paired galaxy clusters implies this conclusion. Thirty-one QSO pairs satisfy similarity conditions, but 13 of them are not certain. Second, in considering the redshift distribution of the QSO's, the nonrandomness of the observed pairs of distant QSO's is perhaps proven. In addition, absorption line spectra and radio sources may possibly be useful in proving the QSO hypothesis.
