Data on the injection of plasma-forming compounds into the high-latitude ionosphere on 17 Sept. 1990 are analyzed. Electron flux pulsations were clearly observed in the course of 150 sec after the burst of the electric field with amplitude up to 65 mV/m. The characteristic frequencies of the pulsations correspond to the eigenfrequency of the ionospheric Alfven resonator (IAR), the double frequency of the magnetospheric Alfven resonator, and the electron oscillation frequency with W = 1 keV between the mirror points. The possibility of the FAC-induced generation of the Alfven wave of the turbulent boundary layer at the upper boundary of the IAR was confirmed.
