This paper is concerned with the analysis of the trajectories which determine the optimal transfer from the libration points of the Earth-Moon system. For these trajectories the necessary and sufficient conditions of extremum have to be verified. Among these, the determination of the sign for the second variation of the functional, along the considered extremals, generates an auxiliary optimization problem of Bolza-Type.
