The equation of radiative transfer together with the invariance principle yield an expression for the reflected-radiation density matrix. The albedo of the medium is expressed in terms of the tensor H-functions. The Stokes parameters of the reflected radiation are calculated for the case where the magnetic field B is perpendicular to the surface of the medium. It is shown that the presence of B may significantly diminish the albedo.
