An analysis is presented of the main stages of the evolution of an electron-photon plasma, with allowance for collisional processes. The relativistic Fokker-Planck equation for electrons at the Compton stage of expansion is derived from the general-covariant kinetic equation. The results are pertinent to the study of the early stages of the evolution of the universe as well as to the study of electron-neutrino gas in supernova envelopes.
