Nuclear spin isospin responses for neutrino(ν)'s in nuclei can be well studied by means of the intense ν beam from SNS and the highly efficient detector of ORLaND. They provide a unique opportunity for exclusive studies of the nuclear responses for ν'S, which are crucial for ν mass studies by double beta decays(ββ) and for solar and supernova ν studies by inverse beta decays. Spectroscopic studies of two β rays from 100Mo are of potential interest for ν mass studies by ββ decays and realtime studies of low energy solar ν's by inverse β decays.
