The self-similar dynamic equation is solved for a gamma = 4/3 polytrope. We include gravitational terms attributed to mass distribution of an evolving plasma cloud and a possible compact parent object as well. The evolving patterns can be classified as deceleration, acceleration, and expanding equilibria. The solutions verify the possibility of linear expansion of magnetized plasmas. Their implications on Hubble's law of the expanding universe are discussed.
