THIS IS A TEST PROPOSAL FOR OBTAINING TRANSFER SCANS IN THE 3 FGS'S BEFORE DURING AND AFTER THE SERVICING MISSION (note: not likely to occur before SM - PStanley 10/5/93) FGS Transfer scans (TSCANS) are required shortly before the servicing mission, shortly after the servicing work is finished and shortly after the completion of secondary mirror adjustment.
