This proposal defines a baseline sensitivity measurement progra for the Goddard High Resolution Spectrograph. It uses a UV standard star, BD+28d4211, to obtain medium resolution spectra through the G160M, G200M and G270M gratings. These data are to be obtained after the servicing mission is complete and before COSTAR optical bench deployment. These observations have been specified as Cycle 3 to ensure that the pre-SM GHRS aperture names are used.
