In connection with plans to construct new giant underground/underwater installations, possible experiments for searching for neutralinos as a dark matter candidate are widely discussed currently. We show that high energy neutrinos generated by cosmic rays in the Sun could be a considerable background for such experiments. These fluxes are higher than atmospheric neutrino fluxes in some energy intervals but only installations of Giga-DUMAND type with good angle resolution (better than 0.5deg) are able to register at the Earth muons from these neutrinos.
