The project to remake the BPM station of CSAO has been completed by Dec.
1998, and the task to control and monitor the BPM signal has been
undertaken by the division of monitor since then. The principle and
method to control the time and frequency signal for the new system are
introduced, and the accuracy of the signal is analysed.
