Optical, Request For Observations, Novae, Supernovae, Transients

We have detected an optical transient in Catalina Sky Survey (CSS) images obtained with the Catalina Schmidt Telescope on 8 Jun 2008 UT. The transient is unresolved, and at the following J2000 coordinates:
