We combine all published NIR and optical photometric observations of NGC 4151 with our new yet unpublished data to determine the time delays between optical and NIR variations. Previously we have found changes in the time delay value for variations in the K and L filters for different states of the luminosity. Here we consider new data obtained during a deep minimum after a very high state of the nucleus. We conclude that dust recovery time after the high state is more than several years.
