CARMA combines the Owens Valley Radio Observatory millimeter array, the Berkeley-Illinois-Maryland Association array, and the Sunyaev-Zel'dovich Array on a new site at an elevation of 2200 m. CARMA will consist of six 10.4-m, nine 6.1-m, and eight 3.5-m diameter antennas. Observations will be supported at wavelengths of 1cm, 3mm, and 1.3mm on baselines up to 2 km. I describe CARMA and its motivation, and report on the progress of relocation of the antennas to the new site.
