To detect high density molecular gas towards low surface brightness galaxies, we proposed to carry out single pointing observations of HCN (J=1 - 0) with MOPRA. The proposed galaxies has published detections of CO (J=3 - 2) done with the APEX telescope (Galaz et al. 2008), at the 10 mK level. Detecting HCN will probe the presence of dense molecular gas (at densities 10^4 cm^{-3}) which is consistant with a warmer ISM compared with normal spiral galaxies. To carry out this program we request 16 hours.
