The Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) aboard the NASA Swift mission has been used to compile the most comprehensive and sensitive all-sky sample of nearby AGN (z<0.2) at hard X-ray wavelengths, using a large allocation of Swift observing time. We aim to build a multiwavelength database around this sample that will become the primary source of information for AGN in the local Universe. In order to acheive this, our team has been allocated observing time on the XMM-Newton, Suzaku, INTEGRAL and Spitzer missions as well as with the KPNO, HET, and SALT ground-based optical telescopes. Radio observations in the Northern Hemisphere are being undertaken by the Effelsberg 100m telescope. We propose ATCA observations to cover the Southern Hemisphere portion of the sample at radio wavelengths. This proposal requests 12 and 7 mm observations using the new CABB system to extend previous observations at 1.4, 2.4, 4.8 and 8.6 GHz under C1803.
