Deep surveys using the Sunyaev-Zel'dovich effect (SZE) coming in the next few years should achieve μ K sensitivity over regions of sky ranging from10's to 100's to 1000's of square degrees. There are several sources of systematic uncertainty which must be better understood, but the possible constraints on cosmological parameters are remarkable. The statistical uncertainties on the matter density and the normalization of the matter power spectrum will be on the order of a few percent, while the equation of state of the dark energy could be measured to better than 10%.
