We discuss the prospects for direct measurement of nucleosynthesis yields of electron capture decay radioactive nuclei from supernovae. These could be detected through the characteristic K-shell X-ray emission of the daughter nuclei. Several isotopes produced during explosive silicon-burning appear to be detectable now or in the near future, in galactic supernova remnants and SN 1987A. Precise measurements of the production of these isotopes, mostly achievable no other way, would significantly constrain nucleosynthesis theory. This work is supported by NASA through NAG5-10764.
