The existence of stationary solutions is demonstrated for the translational-rotational motion of a triaxial satellite in an elliptical orbit of arbitrary inclination in the gravitational field of a triaxial planet with allowance for commensurability between the mean motion of the satellite along the orbit and the angular velocity of rotation of the planet and commensurability between the rotational motion of the satellite and its mean motion along the orbit.
