The problem, how to detect orbit manoeuvre of artificial satellite based on Doppler measurement is studied in this paper. In order to detect the orbit manoeuvre on the first day, the algorithm of equi-variance test for post-residuals is presented, and in order to detect the orbit manoeuvre in the 2nd or 3rd day, another algorithm of estimating using predicted residuals is presented also. The calculations show that the algorithm can reliably detect the change greater than 3 meters for orbital semi-major axis, when the standard variance of the Doppler measurement is 0.2 cm/s.
