The formation of black holes in quantum cosmology scheme has been discussed by means of calculating the wave function of the universe with a black hole, which is described by a Schwarzschild-de Sitter metric. We showed that the average radius of the Schwarzschild black holes formed in the process of the birth of the universe is about l6pH2/a3, where lp is the Planck length; A = 3H(sup2) is the cosmological constant; and a is the radius of the universe when it enters into the classical era.
