The results of a spectral and morphological investigation of the galaxies Markaryan 303 and 313, whose spectra contain both emission and absorption lines, are given. It is assumed that the absorption spectra of these galaxies have a stellar origin. It is concluded that on the average the stellar population of both objects is earlier than for normal galaxies of the same morphological type.
