The four compact sources to the east of Sgr A East at l = -0°.02, b = -0°.07 have been observed by the Very Large Array with a resolution of 3 arcsec in the H76α line at 14.7 GHz. The sources are H II regions with velocities in the range 43 to 52 km s-1. These H II regions are almost certainly regions of recent star formation that can be associated with the 50 km s-1 molecular cloud.
