The Cosmos-900 satellite measured fluxes of charged particles with
energies of 0.1-20 keV in the inner magnetosphere near the equator. The
intensity and energy spectra of these fluxes are comparable with those
usually detected in the auroral regions, and the parameters of these
fluxes are related to the geomagnetic field strength.
