A dusty supergiant barred spiral galaxy NGC 1365 ((R)'SB(s)b, Seyfert 1.5 nucleus, d ~ 18.6 Mpc) was observed in B, I, and K-band. The I+K surface photometry and mass modeling results, combined with kinematical data from literature, will be presented. From the preliminary results, (B-I) colors are more or less constant in the disk regions (r ⪆ 2' ). The prominent dust lanes running along the front side of the bar, even in J-band, are almost completely diminished in K-band. This manifests the superiority of K-band photometry in calculating more accurate gravitational potentials of the galaxy. N-body modeling of the galaxy will be attempted using I+K photometry results in the near future. This project is a part of OKP's thesis funded by the Australian National University and the Department of Employment, Education, Training and Youth Affairs (DEETYA) of Australia. This work was also performed under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration by the University of California, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory under contract No. W-7405-Eng-48.
