New radial velocity measurements for 551 HR and FK stars with spectral types in the range A0-F4 are presented. A minimum of three spectrograms per star are obtained with the coude spectrograph of the ESO 1.5-m telescope at La Silla, Chile and the radial velocity measurements of a total of 1714 coude plates are carried out on an impersonal oscilloscopic comparator. Depending on rotational velocity indicated by a parameter in the range 0-5, the mean radial velocities are found to have an accuracy of 0.8-3 km/s. It is shown that 64 probable and 111 certain variables, including 23 stars with double-lined and 3 with triple-lined spectra, are found. The results are presented in tables.
