We have analyzed deep radio (VLA) and X-ray (Chandra) observations of M83. We report the detection of multiple sources in both wavelength regimes, including supernova remnants and high-mass X-ray binaries. We also report the identification of a background radio galaxy, which had been previously observed, but not identified as such. Radio observations detected the nuclear region and the two radio lobes, but an exact identification was not possible until our Chandra detection of X-ray emission from the nuclear source. We have also detected an X-ray and radio nuclear source which coincides with optical and possibly IR sources. (Exact IR identification is uncertain due uncertainties in position.) There are similar diffuse X-ray and radio emission along the spiral arms of the galaxy and in the nuclear region of M83. We detected radio emission from 3 of the 6 historical SNe in M83, but no X-ray emission was associated with any of the SNe. There are dozens of apparently unrelated X-ray and radio point sources in M83 distributed through out the spiral arms.
