We present new observational optical upper limits for times before, during and after reported trigger times for gamma-ray bursts and optical transients as recorded by elements of the developing CONtinuous CAMera (CONCAM) global network. CONCAMs make and archive continual fisheye CCD images of much of the nighttime sky. Their widefields and continuous operation give them a relatively high probability of recording the space/time position of a GRB, although they are presently sensitive only to visual magnitude six. We report limits on the prompt optical flux to gamma-ray fluence ratio for specific GRBs and OT.
