The pulse broadening of 17 pulsars was measured on the basis of a 102.5
MHz survey. The value of the broadening taup is found to be
considerably smaller than that obtained from the extrapolation of
taup measured at higher frequency. This indicates that the
frequency dependence is weaker than taup varies as nu exp -4.
