The motions of 36 dwarf K-M stars having considerably enhanced emission components of the Hα line are found to be kinematically indicative of a very young stellar population. The space motions are examined for 34 of the stars for which parallax, proper-motion, and radial-velocity data are available. The velocity ellipsoid which they define is typical for stars with ages less than about one billion years such as the main-sequence A-type stars. There does not appear to be any significant concentration of stars coinciding with the Hyades, Pleiades, or Ursa Major moving groups.
