Data from photoelectric observations of the Saturn satellites Dione and Rhea, obtained in 12 bands in the 346-792-nm range using the 60-cm Zeiss reflector at Mount Maidanak during 1980-1981, are presented in tables and graphs and analyzed. The geometric albedos of the hemispheres visible at orbital phase 90 deg are found to be greater (by 0.35 mag for Dione and by 0.21 mag for Rhea) than those of the hemispheres visible at 270 deg. Using the Minnart relation for the brightness distribution (to determine the spectrally variant darkening coefficients) and the frozen-water albedo data of Veverka (1973), the possibility that the satellites are covered by freshly fallen snow is considered. It is concluded that the surface structure is more complex than that formed by clean snow.
