Values were calculated for isotope shift-produced spectral lines for transitions of Be, B, C, N, O and their ions. A total of 23 transitions are provided, along with the mean wavelengths and scale factors. The shifts were derived from mean values for the upper and lower states of a transition expressed as a function of the electronic momenta and the atomic mass. The normal mass shift of a transition is obtained. Comparisons with available experimental data indicate accuracies of 10-20 percent for the calculated shifts.
