It is proposed that dust condensations were formed in the circumsolar preplanetry disk after dust sedimentation in the disk and gravitational instability in the dust subdisk. Relationships betwen the radius, mass, density, and spin of rotating condensations are examined. The time of their growth and transformation into solid bodies is estimated. It is hypothesized that the largest of them could have evolved into protoplanets.
