This is a first report about the observative campaign on comet Hale-Bopp. The author presents a preliminary light curve based on 180 visual estimates. Furthermore he reports some considerations about "striae" visible in the comet's dust tail, complex structures seen in the plasma tail, and jets and concentric shells visible near comet's pseudonucleus.
